Step-1:
Login to webmail

Step-2:
Once successfully login visits inbox and clicks on options tab:

Step-3:
Click on “POP3 Fetch Mail”

Step-4:
Type the details as shown in below image.
Server: mail.yourserverdomain
Port:110
Alias: Your display name
Username: Your email address
Password: Your remote email address
Authentication Type: User
Connection type: Plain
Store in folder: Where you want to store

Step-5:
Click add server.

Step-6:
Please visit your inbox as shown in below image.

Step-7:
After adding the server, Please visit Fetch mail tab and click fetch mail button.

Step-8:
Please visit inbox so that you can review your imported emails
